Natures Pollinators
When most of us think of bees, we think of honey. But we don't often think about the vital role bees play in pollinating our native wildflowers, our plants and importantly our food crops. Bee populations are decreasing globally at an alarming rate. With your help, we can protect our bees and our native flora, to help maintain and improve our ecosystem health.
The Wheen Bee Foundation
The Wheen Bee Foundation is an Australian registered not-for-profit charity that promotes awareness of the importance of bees for food security, biodiversity and ecosystem health, and raises funds for the research that addresses the national and global threats to bees. Wheen Bee fund vital strategic research, education and conservation initiatives that strengthen bees, improve pollination efficiency and increase food security, biodiversity and ecosystem health. Honey Sourcing
We are committed to sourcing materials responsibly, meaning with the goal of not causing harm to, or exploiting, people or the environment. This includes the incredible honey we use in our milk & honey products, our honey is harvested classically, with smoke used to calm the bees during honeycomb removal and replacement, with the bees able to continue to produce honey after harvest.
